At SnugHub, we work hard to bring you trendy, affordable, and quality products. Every item is checked before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, our return and replacement policy below will guide you.
Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

Only items purchased directly from snughub.in are eligible for return/replacement. Purchases from third-party sellers are not covered.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required for all return requests.
Return & Replacement Terms

Replacement Only Policy: Refunds are not offered except in cases where replacement is not possible. Eligible cases for replacement include:

Wrong product delivered.

Product received in damaged or defective condition.

If a prepaid order is returned back due to failed delivery attempts, shipping charges will be deducted.

Items sold during special promotions, clearance, or at discounts of 50% or above are not eligible for return/replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Innerwear, bras, shapewear, lingerie

Cosmetics and beauty products

Personalized or custom items

Items marked as “Sale”
Return Process

Contact us via our Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us at the provided address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. SnugHub is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

After inspection, if your return is approved, a replacement will be shipped. If the same product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued when replacement is not possible.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and discounts are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 days. We may ask for images/video as proof before approving a return/replacement.

If repeated replacements are requested for the same issue, SnugHub reserves the right to decline further service.
